2 lbs. amber malt
1.25 lbs. roasted barley
8 oz. black malt
27.3 AAU Warrior hops – 90 minute
1 tsp. Irish Moss
White Labs English (WLP002)

Mash at 150F, boil for 90 minutes, ferment at 66F.
