10.75 lbs 2-row pale malt
12 oz crystal 75
1.75lb chocolate malt
4.0 oz lightly peated malt

1.8 oz 7%AA Perle Hops @ 90 minutes
0.5 oz Mt Hood hops @ 15 minutes

White Labs WLP002 (English Ale)

Mash at 154F. Boil for 90 minutes. Ferment at 68F.
